To book an appointment online:

1. Click Book Online in the top navigation menu.

2. Select the type of appointment you need - Mobile Notarization or Remote Notarization.

3a. If you select Mobile Notarization, you'll see three options:

  • Mobile Notarization
  • In-Person E-Document Notarization
  • I-9 Verifications

3b. If you select Remote Notarizations, you'll see only one: Remote Notarization

4. Whichever you choose, you'll be asked to enter your contact information next. When you're done, click Continue.

5. Next you'll be taken to the calendar page to select a date. Click on a date to select it. Once you pick a date, you'll see the list of available appointment time slots next to the calendar.

6. Click on a time slot to select it. When you pick a time slot, you'll be asked to enter how many documents you need notarized (for mobile notarizations or I-9 verifications) or how many e-signatures are required (for remote or in-person e-document notarizations). Enter the number, and then click Continue.

7. If you're booking a mobile appointment, the next screen you'll see is the Location page. Enter the name of the place where your appointment will take place (like Home, or the business name such as Starbucks, as in the example). Then enter the address for the location. When you're done, click Continue.

8. On the next screen you'll be asked a few questions to gather information about your appointment, and if you're booking a mobile appointment, you'll see that the total estimated cost of your appointment has been updated to include the travel fee.

9. Here you can review the details of your appointment, the total cost of your service and the travel fee, the terms and conditions, and the date your full payment will be due. You can also choose whether you'd like to pay only the deposit to confirm your appointment or the total balance.

When you're ready, check the box to confirm you've read and agree to the terms and conditions, enter your full name to sign electronically, and then click Next Step.

10. Select your payment method and follow the steps to complete payment. When you're done, click Confirm Booking.

11. Last step! Set a password for your account so that you can log back in and manage your appointment as needed. When you're done, click Continue.

12. And that's it! You've successfully booked your appointment.

You now have an account where you can update your contact information, make any remaining payments, reschedule or cancel your appointment, or book a new appointment. You'll also receive an email confirming your appointment and sharing additional helpful information.
