You can cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours before your appointment starts.

To cancel your appointment:

1. First, sign in to your account.

2. In your account home page, click on the Manage Booking button.

3. Click Cancel or Postpone under the Payments and Balance section.

4. Then click on Cancel booking.

5. You'll be asked to confirm that you want to cancel your appointment. If you're sure you want to cancel, click Yes, cancel booking.
