As with all remote notarization sessions, you'll need to have a device with a camera and a mic so that we can see and hear each other.

  1. Click on the Get Started button in the email.
  2. You'll see a screen asking for your Personal Details. You'll complete a form that will ask for:
    1. The type of ID you'll be using
    2. Your first and last name
    3. Your date of birth
    4. The last 4 of your social security number (SSN)
    5. When the form is complete, click on the Next button.
  3. Enter your residential address and then click Continue.
  4. On the next screen, you'll be asked a series of questions to verify your identity. You'll need to answer at least 4 correctly within 2 minutes and then click Continue.
  5. Next it will ask you to upload your ID. Click Begin verifying, and then:
    1. Choose the country your ID is from and then click Select.
    2. Choose the type of ID you'll be using.
    3. Take a photo of your ID as instructed. You can upload a photo of your ID or complete this part on another device with a camera.
  6. Once your ID has been uploaded, you should be taken directly to the session with me.
