As with all remote notarization sessions, you'll need to have a device with a camera and a mic so that we can see and hear each other.
- Click on the Get Started button in the email.
- You'll see a screen asking for your Personal Details. You'll complete a form that will ask for:
- The type of ID you'll be using
- Your first and last name
- Your date of birth
- The last 4 of your social security number (SSN)
- When the form is complete, click on the Next button.
- Enter your residential address and then click Continue.
- On the next screen, you'll be asked a series of questions to verify your identity. You'll need to answer at least 4 correctly within 2 minutes and then click Continue.
- Next it will ask you to upload your ID. Click Begin verifying, and then:
- Choose the country your ID is from and then click Select.
- Choose the type of ID you'll be using.
- Take a photo of your ID as instructed. You can upload a photo of your ID or complete this part on another device with a camera.
- Once your ID has been uploaded, you should be taken directly to the session with me.
